Dr. James Boscardin, M.D.

Dr. Boscardin has been a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon since 1973, and a former
Senior Team Physician for the Chicago White Sox and President of the Major League
Baseball Team Physicians Society. He has Multiple Society Memberships including the
American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, and
American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine. Dr. Boscardin has published
extensively in the medical literature.

MariJo Letizia, PhD, APN/CNP is a Faculty Member and the Director of the Adult and
Family Nurse Practitioner programs at the Loyola University School of Nursing. She has
a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and a Doctoral Degree in Education. She has received
numerous teaching awards, and publishes extensively in the nursing literature. She is
also a frequent lecturer at local,national, and international health care conferences.

knowledgeable about the development of private practice.
